How it works

• If you ask within 14 days of your purchase, we'll refund your payment in full. No complicated forms.
• To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address on your account.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, they can take a few business days to appear.

What happens to your license

When we refund a purchase, the subscription is canceled and its license keys stop working. Your documents are plain files on your computer, so you keep all your writing and can open it in any other app.

Renewals

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If a renewal charges you by surprise, email us and we'll do our best to help.
